تحترم Linkify ("التطبيق"، "نحن") خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها. التطبيق مخصّص لإدارة الحضور والموارد البشرية ويُستخدم من قِبل الموظفين والمدراء وإدارة الموارد البشرية داخل المؤسسات.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، المسمّى الوظيفي والشركة التابع لها، والتي يتم إنشاؤها بواسطتك أو بواسطة مسؤول الموارد البشرية في مؤسستك.
• بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: يستخدم التطبيق موقع جهازك (GPS) للتحقق من تواجدك داخل نطاق العمل عند تسجيل الحضور والانصراف، ولأغراض المتابعة المرتبطة بالدوام. قد يتم استخدام الموقع في الخلفية أثناء أوقات الدوام لضمان دقة تسجيل الحضور.
• بيانات الحضور والنشاط: أوقات الحضور والانصراف، الإجازات، الأذونات، الوقت الإضافي، والمهام.
• بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، ومعرّفات تقنية لأغراض الأمان واكتشاف محاكيات الأجهزة ومنع التلاعب.
• رموز الإشعارات: رمز جهازك لخدمة الإشعارات (Firebase Cloud Messaging) لإرسال التنبيهات إليك.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تسجيل الحضور والانصراف والتحقق من صحته.
• إدارة الإجازات والأذونات والوقت الإضافي والمهام.
• إنشاء التقارير لمؤسستك وإدارة الموارد البشرية.
• إرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات المتعلقة بعملك.
• حماية التطبيق ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض إعلانية.

تخزين البيانات ومعالجتها

يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات Google Firebase (Firestore، Realtime Database، Storage، Cloud Functions، وCloud Messaging) لتخزين ومعالجة البيانات. تخضع هذه الخدمات لسياسة خصوصية Google. يتم نقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة.

مشاركة البيانات

تتم مشاركة بيانات حضورك ونشاطك مع مؤسستك (صاحب العمل) ومسؤولي الموارد البشرية والمدراء المخوّلين فقط، بهدف إدارة العمل. لا تتم مشاركتها مع أي جهة خارجية أخرى إلا إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك.

أذونات التطبيق

قد يطلب التطبيق أذونات الموقع (بما في ذلك الموقع في الخلفية)، الإشعارات، والكاميرا/الصور (لتحديث صورة الملف الشخصي). يمكنك إدارة هذه الأذونات من إعدادات جهازك، مع العلم أن تعطيل بعضها قد يؤثر على وظائف أساسية مثل تسجيل الحضور.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة ارتباط حسابك بمؤسستك أو حسب المدة التي تتطلبها الأغراض المذكورة أعلاه. يمكن لمؤسستك أو لك طلب حذف الحساب.

حقوقك

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو طلب حذفها. للتقديم بأي طلب يتعلق بخصوصيتك، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.

خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للاستخدام المهني داخل المؤسسات وغير مخصّص للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا.

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.

Linkify ("the App", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the App, and how we use and protect it. The App is an HR & attendance management tool used by employees, managers, and HR administrators within organizations.

Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, job title, and the company you belong to — created by you or by your organization's HR administrator.
• Location data: the App uses your device location (GPS) to verify that you are within your assigned work zone during check-in/out and for attendance-related monitoring. Location may be used in the background during working hours to ensure accurate attendance.
• Attendance & activity data: check-in/out times, leaves, excuses, overtime, and tasks.
• Device data: device type, operating system, and technical identifiers used for security, emulator detection, and fraud prevention.
• Notification tokens: your device token for the push notification service (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver alerts to you.

How We Use Your Data

• Record and verify check-in/out.
• Manage leaves, excuses, overtime, and tasks.
• Generate reports for your organization and HR.
• Send work-related notifications and alerts.
• Protect the App and prevent fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal data, nor share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Storage & Processing

The App relies on Google Firebase services (Firestore, Realtime Database, Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging) to store and process data. These services are subject to Google's privacy policy. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Data Sharing

Your attendance and activity data is shared only with your organization (employer) and its authorized HR staff and managers, for work management purposes. It is not shared with any other external party unless required by law.

App Permissions

The App may request location (including background location), notifications, and camera/photos (to update your profile picture). You can manage these permissions in your device settings; note that disabling some may affect core features such as attendance.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is associated with your organization, or as required for the purposes above. You or your organization may request account deletion.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. For any privacy-related request, please contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional use within organizations and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
